Prior to leaving our dock, we will take pictures of all packages when the shipping company picks up the goods.
If the delivery arrives damaged, immediately take pictures and do not sign for the package. Take drivers name and discuss with the driver. Make note of the vehicle identification numbers or licence number for the record.
We will notify you of the steps to take to return the defective goods.
The procedures above must be followed in order to place a successful claim against the carrier. Failure to do so, may result in a voided damage claim with no credit or replacement shipment.
Any damaged product will be replaced immediately if in stock and if not, as soon as new stock arrives.
No restocking fee will be charged for damaged goods.
A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained to return goods for ANY reason.
