The Puroxi Oxygen Generator draws in ambient air and separates oxygen from nitrogen and other gases. Depending on the selected model, operating conditions and system configuration, it can typically produce oxygen at approximately 90–95% concentration.

For suitable water-treatment systems, this concentrated oxygen can be supplied to appropriately designed nano-bubble equipment to support dissolved-oxygen improvement, oxidation and biological water-quality management.

How PSA oxygen generation works

Two Vessels. One Continuous Cycle.

Ambient air intake

Air containing approximately 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen enters the system.

Compression & preparation

The air is compressed, filtered and prepared before entering the adsorption vessels.

Nitrogen separation

Under pressure, the zeolite molecular sieve captures most nitrogen while oxygen-rich gas passes through.

Oxygen collection

Concentrated oxygen is collected, buffered and regulated for the connected application.

Regeneration

While one vessel produces oxygen, the other depressurizes and releases captured nitrogen.

Continuous operation

The vessels alternate automatically when the system is correctly sized, installed and maintained.

Oxygen generator + nano-bubble technology

Different Functions. One Engineered Pathway.

The Oxygen Generator produces concentrated oxygen. The Puroxi Nano Bubble Nozzle introduces that oxygen into a pressurized water stream and creates extremely small bubbles with a large gas-to-water contact area.

The gas supply and water hydraulics are designed together, but they remain distinct functions. Oxygen must reach every gas port on the selected nozzle arrangement.

Safety and installation

Clean, Dry, Ventilated and Temperature-Appropriate

Install the selected generator in a suitable environment according to its equipment specifications. Concentrated oxygen requires careful handling because oxygen-enriched conditions can increase combustion risk.

Keep oils, grease, incompatible materials, open flames and ignition sources away from oxygen equipment and connections. Qualified personnel must follow applicable electrical, pressure-system, fire-safety and occupational requirements.
