These Terms of Use govern access to and use of puroxi.com and the information, tools, calculators, downloads, forms, illustrations and other material made available through the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1 About Puroxi
The website is operated by Puroxi Pure Water Global Inc., a British Columbia company. References to “Puroxi,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean Puroxi Pure Water Global Inc. These Terms of Use concern the website. Product sales, projects, trials, distribution arrangements and services are governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, warranty or signed agreement.
2 General information only
Website content is provided for general educational and preliminary planning purposes. It is not a final water-treatment design, installation instruction for a particular site, laboratory determination, safety certification, regulatory opinion or professional engineering, medical, veterinary, environmental or legal advice. Water conditions and operating systems vary. A Puroxi recommendation requires appropriate site information and may require testing, qualified professional review and regulatory approval.
3 Calculators and preliminary outputs
Website calculators and selection tools provide estimates based on the information entered and the assumptions shown. Results can be affected by units, dimensions, water properties, elevation, pipe losses, pump curves, gas demand, temperature, biological loading and other site conditions. Calculator output must not be treated as a quotation, guaranteed result, final equipment selection or permission to install or operate a system. Final selection must be confirmed against the complete system design and current manufacturer information.
4 Technical and safety information
Always use the current product manual, approved project design, equipment label and applicable codes. Installation, electrical work, pressurized systems, oxygen, ozone, chemicals and water-treatment operations may present serious hazards and require qualified personnel. Do not rely on a website illustration as the sole basis for construction or installation. Controlled documents and customer-specific dosing information must be obtained directly from Puroxi.
5 No guarantee of treatment performance
Examples, testimonials, case studies and research summaries describe particular observations, source material or operating conditions. They do not guarantee that the same outcome will occur at another site. Performance depends on water chemistry, biology, hydraulics, equipment selection, installation, operation, maintenance, monitoring and factors outside Puroxi’s control. Puroxi distinguishes its field experience from third-party research or manufacturer information where appropriate.
6 Accuracy changes and availability
Puroxi works to keep website information useful and current, but does not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or continuously available. Specifications, products, availability, pricing, documents and website functions may change without notice. The current quotation, order document, product label and controlled manual take priority over general website content.
7 Permitted use
You may view, print or download website material for your own legitimate evaluation or use of Puroxi products, provided that you retain notices and do not misrepresent the material. You may not:
- Copy, republish, sell, license or commercially exploit substantial website content without written permission.
- Remove trademarks, copyright notices, source credits or technical cautions.

- Use Puroxi drawings, manuals or confidential information to manufacture, reverse engineer or assist others in manufacturing Puroxi products.
8 Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website and its original text, graphics, diagrams, product names, logos, downloads and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Puroxi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Puroxi, Puroxi Oxygen Booster, Puroxi Nano Bubble Nozzles and other Puroxi names and marks may not be used without permission. Third-party names and material remain the property of their respective owners.
9 Information you submit
When you submit an enquiry, water report, photograph, drawing or other information, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights. You permit Puroxi to use the submitted information to assess the enquiry, communicate with you, prepare recommendations or quotations and provide requested products or services. Puroxi will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential, personal or security-sensitive information unless it is necessary and an appropriate method has been agreed.
10 Third party websites and material
The website may link to third-party websites, publications, laboratories, manufacturers or services for convenience or source attribution. Puroxi does not control those resources and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices or claims. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and policies before using its website or services.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes concerning the website will be submitted to the courts of British Columbia.

Puroxi may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version and changing the effective or last-updated date. Continued use of the website after a change means that the revised terms apply from the date posted. Material changes do not alter an existing signed sales or project agreement unless the parties agree in writing.
16 Severability and entire website terms
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and other notices expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms governing use of the website. They do not replace the commercial terms governing a particular order or project.
