Puroxi Oxygen Booster Controlled Dosing Overview

Scope

This public guide provides the common installation pathway. The current model manual, approved project design, equipment labels, applicable codes and qualified installer requirements control the work.

Preparation and installation

  1. Obtain current water analysis, system volume, daily flow, application, treatment objective and existing chemical information before dosing is considered.
  2. Store the product in its original labelled container in accordance with the current Safety Data Sheet. Provide required PPE, ventilation, spill response and separation from incompatible materials.
  3. Use a compatible, calibrated chemical metering pump. Inject the liquid into the moving water at the approved upstream point with suitable backflow prevention and mixing/contact conditions.
  4. Puroxi Oxygen Booster is not a gas; it’s a liquid at 50% concentration. You must use our Venn-X + PTFE Nano Bubble Nozzle with stainless gas port fittings.

Commissioning

  1. Verify product, concentration, pump calibration, injection point and approved controlled instruction.
  2. Begin only under the authorized dosing plan. Record feed rate, water flow, time and relevant residual or response.
  3. Inspect for leaks and verify that the injection point and downstream materials are compatible.
  4. Adjustments require current measurements and authorized review; do not increase dosage by observation alone.
