Puroxi Oxygen Generator Installation Guide

Scope

This public guide provides the common installation pathway. The current model manual, approved project design, equipment labels, applicable codes and qualified installer requirements control the work.

Preparation and installation

  1. Use the model-specific manufacturer manual and approved Puroxi system design. Confirm voltage, frequency, capacity, ventilation, ambient limits and oxygen demand.
  2. Install upright in a clean, dry, ventilated and temperature-controlled location with required service clearance. Protect the air intake from dust, moisture, oil vapour and corrosive contamination.
  3. Use oxygen-compatible tubing, valves, fittings and downstream equipment. Keep oxygen equipment away from flames, sparks, smoking, oils and greases.
  4. Do not enclose the generator or alter alarms, relief devices, filtration or controls. Electrical work must comply with local requirements.

Commissioning

  1. Inspect the installation and confirm the downstream path is correctly connected and open.
  2. Start and allow the unit to stabilize according to its model manual.
  3. Verify oxygen concentration and flow with suitable instruments before applying it to the water system.
  4. Start oxygen supply before the Nano Bubble pump when the approved system uses oxygen through nozzle gas ports. Record flow, purity, pressure and operating readings.

Important technical notice

Do not install, energize, pressurize, dose or service equipment without the applicable current manual, site-specific approval and qualified personnel. Lock out, isolate and depressurize equipment before service. This guide does not replace electrical, chemical, oxygen or confined-space safety requirements.
