Puroxi Nano Bubble Nozzle Installation Guide

Scope

This public guide provides the common installation pathway. The current model manual, approved project design, equipment labels, applicable codes and qualified installer requirements control the work.

Preparation and installation

  1. Confirm the nozzle model, material, approved flow, required inlet pressure, pump curve, gas type, gas supply and project layout.
  2. Install the nozzle in the approved direction with accessible unions or flanges and proper pipe support. Do not allow pipe weight to load the nozzle body.
  3. Connect clean gas tubing to every required gas port. Use only compatible gas equipment and materials. A liquid chemical line must never be connected to a nozzle gas port.
  4. Provide suitable electrical protection, isolation, guards and dry-safe controls for the pump and accessories. Follow all equipment manufacturer instructions.

Commissioning

  1. Inspect piping, supports, valves, strainers, gas lines and electrical protection.
  2. Open the water path and confirm the system is flooded or the pump is correctly primed.
  3. Start gas first, then start the water pump. Confirm stable flow and nozzle inlet pressure.
  4. Check for leaks, vibration, abnormal sound and correct discharge. Record baseline flow, pressure, gas setting and water readings.
