The trial layout
The Whiteoak Ranch record describes 6,160 treated vines across approximately 11 acres and 6,160 control vines. Treatment began during bloom. The treated block received the historical product through drip irrigation and foliar application, while the control block provided a same-site visual comparison.
Recorded field observations
| Berry size distribution | At approximately six weeks from budbreak, the report classified about 70% of control fruit as under 5 mm in diameter and about 70% of treated fruit as 7-10 mm. |
