Water Testing Parameters by Application
What the evidence says
There is no universal short test list for every water application. Drinking water, livestock, irrigation, aquaculture, cooling systems and wastewater have different risks and operating targets.
Why context matters
Representative sampling is as important as the parameter list. Location, container, preservation, holding time, recent treatment, weather and operating state can affect whether the result describes the real system.
Puroxi application
Puroxi uses testing to understand the problem and establish a baseline. Testing does not automatically prescribe one product.
Site verification
- Core context: source, intended use, sampling point and date.
- Common chemistry: pH, alkalinity, hardness, conductivity or TDS, iron, manganese, turbidity and application-specific constituents.
- Biology: appropriate microbial indicators, algae identification or process biology.
- Operations: temperature, DO, ORP, flow, pressure, volume, peak demand and current treatment.
